Design Lab · Zyadd Holdings Limited
One studio.
Two practices.
A wall between design and analytics, and everything that crosses it recorded in writing.
Position
The argument
is the product.
The design practice is not allowed to mark its own homework. The analytics practice is not allowed to draw. Work crosses the wall at fixed moments, in writing, and every crossing is recorded.
Look at the mark above. The point where the two shapes overprint is the only place the studio actually delivers — the argument between them is the product.
A masterplan nobody has argued with is a picture. A model nobody has drawn is a spreadsheet.

We draw
the thing.
Masterplanning, architecture and spatial identity for districts that have to be built, sold and lived in — not just rendered.
