Everything under
the surface.
Earthworks, 48 km of road, drainage, water bodies and the ducts that carry power and fibre to every plot line.
The business
Raw hectares in.
Serviced plots out.
Infrastructure Partners delivers the enabling works — the least visible and most expensive part of any district. At Burun A that means 48 kilometres of integrated road, a 76-hectare dedicated services corridor carrying power, water and ICT, the district's drainage and water bodies, and reticulation to every one of 2,447 plot boundaries.
Working inside the group changes the economics. Aggregate comes from a quarry on the same site rather than a haulage contract. The programme is set by the same PMO that governs the masterplan, so enabling works and plot releases are sequenced against one another rather than negotiated after the fact.
Where plant and crews are already mobilised, the company takes third-party civil contracts in the surrounding corridor — the same discipline, sold at market.
- iEarthworks and site formationClearing, cut and fill, platform construction, slope stabilisation and compaction to specification.
- iiRoads and drainageFormation, sub-base, base course, surfacing, kerbs, walkways and the storm drainage network.
- iiiWater bodies and hydraulicsRetention, the district's artificial lake, revetment, storm attenuation and the landscaped water edge.
- ivReticulation and ductingWater mains, sewerage, power ducts and fibre pathways carried to each plot boundary.
- vEnabling works programme managementSequencing of civil delivery against phased plot release through 2030, under group PMO control.
A district is judged on its roads long before anyone looks at its architecture.
