Capability, Realised.
The capabilities of the Group exist to make development, ownership and operation possible. This is where that work becomes visible — not as a list of projects, but as a portfolio Zyadd creates, operates, invests in and holds over time.
What Makes Up the Portfolio.
The Zyadd portfolio is made up of the assets, developments and initiatives the Group creates, operates, invests in or holds directly. Each one connects back to the capabilities and discipline that sit behind it — from how land is assembled and developed to how assets are operated and retained. Together, they form a portfolio built through the same system.

Burun A.
A 319.4-hectare district development in Cadastral Zone D20, Abuja, Nigeria, currently in development. Burun A is Zyadd's current flagship — the clearest expression of what the Group's capabilities, capital and long-term approach look like applied to one development, at district scale.
Built to Expand.
Burun A is where the portfolio starts, not where it stops. The same discipline that shapes it — how land is assembled, how capital is deployed, how assets are operated and retained — applies regardless of what's built next. As new assets, developments and initiatives come online, they extend the portfolio without requiring a different operating logic. The categories may expand; the system does not.
