In most Nigerian developments, electricity is the buyer's problem. A plot is sold, a house is built, and a generator is bought — because nobody planned the supply while the roads were still open trenches.
Bleum Energy exists so that Zyadd districts do not repeat that. Embedded generation and solar hybrid capacity are sized against the masterplan's phased demand; the distribution network is laid in the same trenches as the water and the fibre; metering and billing are established before the first certificate of occupancy is issued.
The company is structured to sell power inside Zyadd districts and beyond them. A district-scale network with an anchored load is a saleable business in its own right, and it is treated as one.
